Return and Refund Policy
Product will be replaced if design does not continue to adhere to item (30 day period only). Please follow care instructions carefully to ensure designs do not come off. Gracely Covered not liable for damage due to improper care of item. Not liable for normal wear/tear. Item will be replaced with the same item/size. Customer is responsible for costs pertaining to shipping the item back to Gracely Covered. Any alterations to original item will come at additional cost.
Shipping Info
All orders are processed/made within 2-4 business days from the date of payment. Customer will receive email notification with tracking information once order has been shipped. In most cases boxes will arrive in 3-5 business days however there may be a delay in the shipment due to USPS. If there is going to be a delay to your order, you will be contacted via telephone or email.
