Product will be replaced if broken upon delivery (picture required of broken material to replace). Due to this being a personalized/custom product there cannot be a refund on the product. We can however hear your concerns and work hard at meeting your needs. Please follow care instructions carefully to ensure damage does not occur. Gracely Covered is not liable for damage due to improper care of item or for normal wear/tear. Customer is responsible for costs pertaining to shipping the item back to Gracely Covered. Any alterations to original item will come at additional cost.
Shipping Info
